Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and health at the Y includes more than just working out. We provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, and offer personal training to support physical, intellectual and spiritual strength.
Swim Lessons & Swim Club
The reason the Y is referred to as "America's Favorite Swim Instructor" is because we don't just focus on swimming fundamentals but also on developing self-confidence, making friends and building the whole person – from the inside out.
Aqua Aerobics & Pool Classes
Aquatics amenities and programming offer benefits that are far greater than just physical health. We are a place where you can find relief from your everyday challenges, and spend time together with friends and family. During our open recreational or lap swim, you'll have a moment to relax and smile.
