Fat Loss Boot Camp

Whether you want to strengthen up, lose weight or eat better, this boot camp is for you. Exercisers of all types and fitness levels will have fun and meet their goals in this exciting stopwatch-style boot camp, where you will get an appropriate workout based on your fitness intensity level.
The boot camp is designed to increase fat loss hormones while burning mega calories, toning and strengthening the body and increasing overall energy levels between workouts. The nutrition counseling will provide information on proper nutrition for optimal health and exercise fueling.
Each hour will consist of 45 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of diet coaching and questions.
Bring a notebook and water bottle to each class.
Great for youth who want to build strength, agility, flexibility and have fun.
