No Pounds Gained Challenge

Don't let the holidays win!  'No Pounds Gained!' is a six week challenge to keep you on track through the holidays!

Certified Personal Trainer Laura Baker will use martial arts moves, pilates, and bodyweight training to keep you in shape and going strong!

Three times a week means you will get those results and keep fit during the holidays.  An early morning start time means you can get in and get it done, no matter what the holidays throw at you.  This season, you'll have time to exercise and still have time to shop and go to grandma's.
