Personal Training

Work with us to become healthier and happier. According to the American Coun­cil on Exercise, working with a personal trainer has the following advantages:

Our Certified Personal Fitness Trainers can help you with:

  • Weight loss
  • Body toning
  • Sport specific training
  • Injury prevention and post rehabilitation

Training options include land-based, swim/stroke work and aqua exercise.

What to expect during sessions:

To start your first session will include a free 15-20 minute assessment to discuss your goals and any specific injuries or concerns you may have.

Then your trainer will use your session to walk you through your specific workout, designed to meet your needs and goals.

While under a personal training contract, non Y members can join the Y without paying a join fee.
