Every year hundreds of children are taught life-saving water skills through our First Grade Learn to Swim program. Last year Ryan, age 7, was one of them.

“I have never seen him so focused!” his teacher exclaimed. “The first day he wouldn’t get in the water, but now he’s fully engaged and so proud of his accomplishments. It has made such a difference for him in the water and in the classroom! This class changed his life!”

Youth Group Exercise

Our youth group exercise classes are fun and appropriate for kids under 13 years old. You are welcome to sign in your children and enjoy a workout of your own! Youth ages 13 and older are welcome in all of our group exercise classes.
