Choose from Yoga, Kids Fitness, Strength, Senior Focused Workouts and more.

Using Zoom you can workout from the comfort of your home during this time of social distancing.

5:30 am      Strength Intensive with Sharon (30 min)

9:00 am      Senior Stretch with Leah S.

12:00 pm    Working from Home Yoga with Gerry (45 min)

 

Wednesday:

7:30 am      Yoga/Pilates with Sharon

9:00 am      Strength with Melissa

10:30 am    Senior Fitness with Yvonne

12:00 pm    Homeschool PE with Hannah (ages 5-10; 30 min)

1:00 pm      Story Time & Craft with Carol (ages 2-6)

4:00 pm      Land Exercise for Shasta Sharks' Swimmers (Hammerheads/Tigersharks)

5:30 pm      Yoga with Lara

7:00 pm      Land Exercise for Shasta Sharks' Swimmers (Great Whites/ Seniors)

 

Thursday:

5:30 am      Strength Intensive with Sharon (30 min)
