We offer an array of fitness programs so participants of all ages can be physically active, learn positive and healthy habits, and make new friends in a fun, friendly and encouraging environment.  Whether your child is strengthening their self-confidence, discovering new talents, learning discipline, or developing effective communication skills, Y programs give youth the chance to grow in a safe, nurturing setting.

All classes are age-appropriate formatted. Youth 13 years and older are welcome in the regular adult group exercise classes.
