Wellness is more than just exercise. It includes social and mental well-being as well.  At the Y, our senior population is important, and we are doing all we can to build programming that is vital for a person to continue leading an active and full life as they age. 

We appreciate all the input we received from the Senior Surveys!  Based on those results we are excited to launch our June Senior Days schedule.   

Game Days: 
Enjoy playing an active game, like Ping Pong, Table Pool, or Foosball, or something a little less active such as cards or board games.  Breakfast is provided. Meet in Y South.

Book Club: 
Enjoy a hosted lunch and a hearty discussions. Meet in the Y Cafe. At the first meeting, we will decide on what book to read so don't miss it!
