Healthier Living Workshop

A free 6-week program developed by Stanford University that teaches practical skills to help you manage chronic health conditions. Each session is interactive, includes handouts, loaner books, and free healthy snacks. Topics include problem-solving, action planning, pain management, communication, nutrition, and exercise. Attend at least 4 sessions and choose a free incentive: a Magic Bullet blender, crock pot, or solar battery charger.
