The Shasta Family YMCA offers several personal training options to help participants on their health and wellness journey.  Our certified personal trainers will help you reach your goals: whether it is weight loss, strength training, injury prevention, nutrition, or post rehabilitation.  Personal Training at the Y is designed to be a motivating and positive experience.  Our trainers help ease fears and anxieties, while providing encouragement.  Both facility and community members are welcome. 

Individual Personal Training

One-on-one training can be for those just starting out as well as the experienced athlete. It is ideal for those who need some extra attention, need help with designing a workout program, or have specific, targeted goals. 

Partner Personal Training

Perfect for partners, family members or close friends who have similar health goals and want to enjoy workouts together. 

Small Group Personal Training

Small group training is when several members with like goals purchase sessions and work out together. This is a great way to stay accountable and work out with friends!
