The Indoor Pool is kept at a comfortable temperature of 90 degrees, which makes it ideal for swim lessons, aqua aerobics, open swim, or those with arthritis or limited mobility.  The Indoor Pool is open year-round so you can stick to your exercise routine no matter what the weather conditions. 

Pool Schedules

Aqua Aerobics

Aqua exercise promotes greater mobility, is low impact, helps reduce stiffness, increases muscle strength, and is a recommended cross-training exercise.  Classes are free with membership.  For ages 13 and older. 

Aqua Arthritis

Slower paced, gentle movements, easy stretches, all designed to help you move, relieve pain and develop strength.  Free with membership.  Punch cards available to community members, $60 / 12 class punch card

Adult Water Walking

Sometimes you need to move at your own pace in a quieter environment.  Our designated water walking times are reserved for the adult population only.  Water walking is great for those with limited mobility, sports rehabilitation, needing physical assistance, or just beginning to exercise. 

Open Swim

Spend time with your family and friends during our designated open swim time.  The warm water temperature is ideal for young children, practicing swim lesson skills, and general play.  Just drop in, free with membership.  All ages welcome.  Children 6 and under must be in direct contact with an adult, and children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.  Please, no monofins or mermaid tails permitted.
