At the Y, we know that getting and staying healthy and happy is not a one size fits all. That is why we are intentional in providing a variety of classes, programs and opportunities to help you find what best fits your abilities, lifestyle and interests, plus provide the support and camaraderie you need.
Group exercise classes and pool use are FREE with your membership unless otherwise indicated. Most classes do not require advance registration, just show up. Youth 13 years and older may attend adult classes; otherwise, please see our youth offerings or use our Child Watch services.
Our pools, courts and studio spaces are programmed to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. Class times and instructors can be subject to change. Please check schedules for current information.
