The Y is serving FREE breakfast and lunch throughout the summer to youth 0 - 18 years out of the Y South building. Open to the community. First come, first serve. Click for meal times and menus. This program is supported by CACFP. 

Our youth group exercise classes are age-appropriately formatted and are designed to show youth that staying healthy is fun and motivating. Our classes integrate the Y's core values of caring, respect, responsibility and honesty, and help youth build confidence and skills, not to mention they are a great way to meet new friends.

Group exercise classes are free with membership. Some program classes are fee based. You are welcome to sign in your child(ren) to a class and enjoy a workout of your own. Youth ages 13 and older are welcome in our regular group exercise classes.
