Photography
We take photos on a regular basis. By participating in our programs, being physically present at our sites or any YMCA program gives the YMCA automatic approval to use your image in any manner it deems appropriate. This policy extends to all age groups. The permission given by your presence does not expire once you leave the program. If, during the photographic process, you request the YMCA not use your image, the YMCA will make its best efforts to comply. However, the YMCA cannot guarantee full compliance with your wishes. You will be asked to sign a photography waiver as part of your membership.
