The Shasta Family YMCA offers several personal training options to help participants on their health and wellness journey. Personal Training at the Y is designed to be a motivating and positive experience. Our trainers help ease fears and anxieties, while providing encouragement. Our certified personal trainers will help you reach your goals: whether it is weight loss, strength training, skill development, injury prevention, nutrition, or post rehabilitation. Both facility and community members are welcome. Our personal training is designed for ages 12 and older.

Individual Personal Training - Registration

One-on-one training can be for those just starting out as well as the experienced athlete.  It is ideal for those who need some extra attention, want to focus on skill development, and need help with designing a workout program, or have specific, targeted goals. 

Partner Personal Training - Registration

Perfect for partners, family members or close friends who have similar health goals and want to enjoy workouts together. 

Small Group Personal Training - Registration

Ideal for participants or friends with like goals who want to work out together in a private setting and stay accountable to each other.
