Youth Pickleball Workshop
Learn the basics of Pickleball, from setup to rules to techniques. Amy and Damon introduce kids to the basics of Pickleball and help them find a love for a new sport. Both Amy and Damon have been coaching youth for over 20 years and have a passion for creating healthier communities through youth sports programming.
Pickleball is a low-impact sport, which means it puts less stress on children's bodies compared to high-impact sports. The smaller court size and slower pace of the game reduce the risk of injuries, making it an ideal choice for kids, especially those who might be more prone to accidents.
