Stay strong, mobile, and energized during pregnancy! This class focuses on functional strength, core stability, and safe movement to support a healthy pregnancy and a smoother postpartum recovery. Research shows that appropriate strength training during pregnancy can improve posture, support the changing body, reduce common aches and discomfort, and help prepare the body for labor and recovery, all while building confidence and resilience. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other moms-to-be in a welcoming, supportive environment.
