Vitalant is experiencing a critical shortage of all blood types, especially Type O, with supplies at their lowest level in two years. Your donation stays right here in the North State, helping local patients when they need it most. Just one donation can save up to three lives.

The Shasta Family YMCA is pleased to present two professional training opportunities on November 14–15! These trainings are a great opportunity to recertify, expand your knowledge base, and strengthen your teaching skills and capabilities. Training local means no travel costs and allows you to connect to other instructors in the community.  Both trainings are blended learning. Limited space so register ASAP.
