This FREE 6-week program, developed by Stanford University, teaches practical skills to help you manage chronic health conditions. Each session is interactive, includes handouts, loaner books, free healthy snacks, and lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours. Attend at least 4 of the 6 sessions and choose a free incentive (Magic Bullet blender or crock pot).
