Any Change Matters — No Change is Too Small!
The Battle for Change is the Y’s version of a Penny War. We are excited to kick off this two-week mission to turn loose change into something powerful for our community. All amounts raised will be added to the Shasta Family YMCA's grand total for North State Giving Tuesday.
The competition runs November 18 - December 2. Staff, visitors, and members alike have as many opportunities as they wish to add to the designated team of their choice. Jugs will be located at the Member Services Desk.
Here's how to play:
1. Choose a team!
>Healthy Living and Child Care,
>Aquatics, or
>Member Services, Facilities, and Administration
2. Bring in the change! Coin donations are added to your team's jug total amount.
3. Bomb another team's jug! Dollar bills, credit card, or check donations detract from that team's total.
4. Have fun!
