The Shasta Family YMCA will be serving FREE meals over the holiday break for youth 0-18 years. Meals will be served in the Y South building. Thank you to all who participated in the Y's TOUCH A TRUCK on October 17. The whole family had fun exploring big trucks and public safety vehicles, and learn about emergency preparedness!

Ah, the lovely feel of autumn! The weather may be cooling down but young fun at the Y is not! The Y is a great place to keep your youth having fun in safe, creative ways.

This summer, the Shasta Family YMCA proudly participated in the Summer Food Service Program, and served over 5000 meals to the local community. From June 9 to August 8, dedicated Y Child Care staff served breakfast and lunch daily to children and families throughout the area, providing nutritious meals to help keep our community’s youth fueled, healthy, and ready for summer fun.

The Shasta Family YMCA's 3-month Summer Memberships are back. Summer memberships are perfect way to have an awesome, active summer.  There is no join fee and a 3-month pricing system.

We're excited to announce that after a comprehensive upgrade, that includes fresh wood, a new heating unit, and a detailed cleaning, the highly anticipated saunas are ready to welcome all members.The saunas are in the Y South building, located in our newly refreshed men's and women's locker rooms.
