To make you and our building safer, beginning Monday, February 9, the Y‑South Eureka Way entrance will remain locked. To enter, you will need to scan your membership barcode.
What an incredible 2025 our Y has had! We could not be more grateful for our members and community for your support, year round! We hosted events like Touch a Truck and the Sharks Winter Mile, began our Fit Lab program, launched our Row Studio, partnered with Special Olympics and much more!

Thank you to all who participated in the Y's TOUCH A TRUCK on October 17. The whole family had fun exploring big trucks and public safety vehicles, and learn about emergency preparedness!
Ah, the lovely feel of autumn! The weather may be cooling down but young fun at the Y is not! The Y is a great place to keep your youth having fun in safe, creative ways.
This summer, the Shasta Family YMCA proudly participated in the Summer Food Service Program, and served over 5000 meals to the local community. From June 9 to August 8, dedicated Y Child Care staff served breakfast and lunch daily to children and families throughout the area, providing nutritious meals to help keep our community’s youth fueled, healthy, and ready for summer fun.
