To make you and our building safer, beginning Monday, February 9, the Y‑South Eureka Way entrance will remain locked. To enter, you will need to scan your membership barcode.
- Please have your Y barcode ready (key tag or phone barcode, both work).
- Scan your barcode under the black and yellow box that is located on the left of the door.
- The door will unlock, and you will be checked into our system, so you do not need to scan again at the hallway scanner.
- The hallway scanner will still be available for people coming in through the north patio entrance on the Y-South patio or for those who come in as a group and do not use the black box for entry. At this time, members can enter Y South using the north patio door without scanning a card at the doorway.
- All entrances will be unlocked during the Y Club hours of 2 PM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday, so kids and parents who are not members can come in.
We realize this might be inconvenient and we appreciate your patience while we implement this new procedure. We know that non-members enter the facility and our goal is to provide a safer space. Please remind other members to bring their cards to check in. And, please do not let non-members enter. We appreciate our loyal, paying members and want to honor your membership dues.
