Dance Party

Ditch the bar. Bring the energy. Step into a low lit, club-style room where the music hits and nobody cares how you move. Party lights, vibes high, and plenty of room to get lost in the moment. Dry Saunas

Enjoy our Dry Saunas for FREE as part of your membership benefits. They have had a comprehensive upgrade, that includes fresh wood, a new heating unit, and a detailed cleaning. 

You can enjoy these rejuvenating spaces in the Y South building, located in our newly refreshed men's and women's locker rooms.

Saunas offer several health benefits, including relaxation, improved sleep, reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, and enhanced muscle recovery. Regular use can also promote better respiratory function and overall well-being.

Chair Massage

The Y knows that relaxation and stress relief are an important part of taking care of yourself and your health so we now offer Massage Therapy service! 

Sessions offered every other week. 20-minute massage sessions for just $30. Want a longer session? Sign up for multiple sessions in a row.

Boxing Personal Training

This program will meet each aspiring boxer where they are at. Each session will be designed for your individual skill level. From working on boxing fundamentals such as proper boxing stance and form, protecting the body and keeping hands up for defense to more advanced skills.
