Free Equipment Orientations

Part of a successful workout program is knowing the benefits of weight and cardio equipment, and how to use the equipment properly.  By using equipment correctly, you will see improvements towards your health goals sooner; improvements that will keep you motivated to stay on track. 

Whether you are new to working out or need a refresher, our Fitness Staff will teach you how to use the cardio and weight machines, instruct you in proper weight lifting form, show you exercises for specific body groups, and more!
