Part of a successful workout program is knowing the benefits of weight and cardio equipment, and how to use the equipment properly.  By using equipment correctly, you will see improvements towards your health goals sooner; improvements that will keep you motivated to stay on track.

Trainer On The Floor is dedicated to helping our our teen population with the use of equipment, training suggestions, and offering guidance. Monday - Friday | 2:30 - 5 pm
