The North State is an incredible area with incredible organizations doing extraordinary things because of generous individuals - both those running the organizations and those supporting them. The nonprofit sector is the heart and soul of the North State, enriching our communities in immeasurable ways.
North State Giving Tuesday is a unique opportunity for the public to learn about the difference nonprofits make in our communities and a chance to say thank you to these organizations by making a donation. This one day giving event is a time-limited donation period designed to expand and increase giving to local nonprofits that provide vital services that help sustain our region. As the holidays approach it can feel like the year is wrapping up, yet it is a crucial time for nonprofits; a time when donations help organizations reach year-end goals and the ability to fulfill their missions.
The Shasta Family YMCA is about community. We have been a vital and integral part of the North State since 1946. We respond to the needs of the community and lend support during critical moments. We continue to adapt and positively impact our community's ever evolving needs.
The Y knows that for us to succeed as a community, we need everyone to succeed as individuals and families. However, we cannot do this work alone. We need your support.
